Educational activities, first semester 2020/21 planning
Due to the continuing emergency, learning activities in the first trimester of academic year 2020/2021 will take place in a blended form. This means that classes, exams and other activities (such as practical exercises, labs, working groups etc.) will take place partly live in our premises, and partly online. At the same time, live classes will also be accessible in web conference.
First-year students will have the possibility of attending classes live in our premises in via Conservatorio 7.
Due to restrictions on classrooms’ capacity, students willing to attend classes will be required to reserve their seat by means of a special app. All necessary instructions will be given in due time. Students unable to reach classes will have the possibility of attending classes online, as these will be accessible synchronously, and will also be registered on a platform.
Some exams and other activities will take place online: further information will be given as soon as possible.
During the first live classes, the head of study programme and the academic tutor will address first-year students, providing them with all necessary information on the functioning of University life and on the organization of their studies; an appropriate place will be reserved for questions and answers. A similar meeting, accessible to all first-year students, will be organized online. Students and prospective students always have the possibility of asking further questions, by writing to iple@unimi.it.
Distance learning will continue during the first trimester for second-year students.
Some exams and other activities will take place live in our Faculty’s premises.
Updates and detailed information will be available in the class timetable portal, on individual course pages and in the notices.
